To provide transparent, accountable, governmental services in a courteous, cost-effective and efficient manner.
Coordinate and supervise the activities of the various Boards and Commissions of the Village.
Oversee the day to day operations of each Village Department through the appropriate Department Head.
Efficiently and effectively administer the policies adopted by the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
Promote good relations with other Government Entities and the public.
Investigate all complaints in relation to matters concerning the Administration of the Village Government and services maintained by the public utilities.
Spearhead and coordinate Economic Development of the Village with the approval and direction of the Mayor and Board of Trustees.
Promulgate Administrative Rules and Regulations in conformance with State Statues.
Work with the Mayor to effectively administer and coordinate communications with the public and press including, but not limited to, press releases, newsletter, v-mails, official website announcements and other forms of communication.
Represent the Village as directed by the Mayor and Board of Trustees in the delivery of Governmental Services.
